Support Local Hidden Bunny Challenge Official Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The Support Local Hidden Bunny Challenge is open to individuals who are 18 years and older, residing in Northeast Indiana.

• Please note, some locations are 21+ or 21+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

2. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must locate a bunny at one of the participating local shops and text a selfie with the bunny to 260-267-0013 or Lynne.Koepper@LaOttoBrewing.Com

• Entries must be received by 5:00pm EST on April 18th, 2025 to be eligible.

• Limit one entry per location per person.

• List of Locations:

  • LaOtto Brewing (Minors must be accompanied by someone 21+ to enter)

  • Well Grounded

  • Sit N’ Bull (Must be 21+ to enter)

  • Cedar Creek Meats

  • The Pizza Place

  • Chocolate Thimble

  • Coterie Pizza

3. Contest Period:

• The contest begins at 12:00pm EST on April 1st,2025 and ends at 5:00pm EST on April 18th, 2025.

• Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

4. Selection of Winners:

• Winners will be selected based on random draw from entry pool.

• The winner(s) will be notified via email and text by 9:00pm EST on April 19th, 2025.

• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prizes:

• The winner(s) will receive the following prize(s): Gift Cards or Swag from participating businesses

• No cash or other prize substitutions are allowed.

• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

6. Publicity:

• By entering the Contest, participants agree to allow LaOtto Brewing to use their name, image, or other likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

• Participants may be required to sign a publicity release.

7. General Conditions:

• LaOtto Brewing reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Contest.

• All decisions made by LaOtto Brewing regarding the Contest are final.

8. Limitations of Liability:

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless LaOtto Brewing and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability or claims arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

• LaOtto Brewing is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures related to the submission or prize delivery.

9. Privacy:

• Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of the Contest and in accordance with LaOtto Brewing's privacy policy.

• By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the privacy policy.

10. Governing Law:

• The Contest is governed by the laws of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes arising from this Contest will be resolved in the courts of Noble County.
