Official Rules:

LaOtto Brewing Anniversary/Holiday Sweepstakes

1. Sweepstakes Name, Sponsor, and Administrator

  • Sweepstakes Name: LaOtto Brewing Anniversary/Holiday Sweepstakes

  • Sponsor: LaOtto Brewing

  • Address: 202 S Main St, LaOtto, IN

  • Administrator: LaOtto Brewing

2. Eligibility

  • The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Indiana who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of the Sponsor and Administrator are not eligible to enter or win.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

  • Start Date: December 6, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST

  • End Date: December 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST

  • The period between the Start Date and the End Date is the "Sweepstakes Period." All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

4. How to Enter (Two Methods)

A. Method 1: Purchase Entry

  1. During the Sweepstakes Period, make a single purchase of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) or more (excluding tax and gift card purchases) at LaOtto Brewing.

  2. Write your full name, phone number, and email address on the back of the original qualifying receipt.

  3. Deposit the receipt into the official entry box located inside LaOtto Brewing.

  4. Each eligible receipt over $25.00 constitutes one (1) entry.

B. Method 2: No Purchase Necessary (Mail-in Entry)

  1. To enter without making a purchase, create a hand-drawn picture of a Reindeer, Christmas Tree, or Santa Claus on a clean sheet of 8.5" x 11" paper.

  2. On the back of the drawing, legibly print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address.

  3. Mail the drawing in a standard business-size envelope (or smaller) with sufficient first-class postage to:

  1. Each mailed entry must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received no later than December 23, 2025. Each qualifying mail-in entry constitutes one (1) entry. Photocopies or mechanically reproduced entries are void.

5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

  • Grand Prize (1 Winner): A Holiday Gift Basket valued over $200

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $206

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or other substitution will be provided. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.

6. Drawing and Winner Notification

  • Drawing Date: December 24, 2025

  • One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by LaOtto Brewing.

  • The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within approximately three (3) business days of the drawing.

  • The potential winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial attempt and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within five (5) days of attempted notification.

  • If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to reply within the required time, or fails to return any required documents, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing.

7. General Conditions

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the LaOtto Brewing, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

  • Entries become the sole property of LaOtto Brewing and will not be acknowledged or returned.

  • LaOtto Brewing reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
